Data deletion

Vibe Growth connects advertising and CRM accounts you already own, and reports on them. This page explains what is stored, how to have it deleted, and how long that takes.

What is stored

  • Your account details — email address and display name.
  • Authorization credentials for each platform you connect, encrypted at rest. These are access and refresh tokens, not passwords; Vibe Growth never receives your platform password.
  • The advertising and CRM accounts each authorization can reach — names, identifiers, currency, and time zone.
  • Performance data pulled from those accounts: daily campaign-level spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, and pipeline figures, along with the raw responses they were derived from.

Vibe Growth does not collect the personal profiles of people who saw or clicked your ads. The figures it stores are aggregates reported by each advertising platform.

Removing a single connection yourself

Disconnecting a platform inside the app deletes its stored credentials and the list of accounts it reached, immediately. Open Connections, find the platform, and choose Disconnect.

Historical performance figures already pulled from that platform are kept by default, so past reports still work. If you want those removed as well, use the request below and say so.

Requesting full deletion

Email [email protected] from the address you signed up with, with the subject Data deletion request. Say whether you want a single connection removed or everything deleted.

Requests are confirmed by reply within 7 days and completed within 30 days. Once complete, your account, credentials, connected account records, and all performance data are removed from the production database. Encrypted backups are overwritten on their normal rotation, within 35 days.

Revoking access from the platform's side

You can also revoke Vibe Growth's access from the platform itself — for Meta, under Settings → Business Integrations. Revoking there stops any further data being pulled and invalidates the stored credential. It does not by itself delete data already held, so send the request above if you want that too.
