Terms of service

Vibe Growth is operated by Shaswat Singh, a sole proprietor based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, trading as Vibe Growth (“Vibe Growth”, “we”). Contact: [email protected].

Vibe Growth reads advertising and CRM accounts you authorize, normalizes the figures into one place, and lets you investigate them in the web app or through an MCP endpoint connected to an AI client of your choosing.

The service is read-only. It does not create, modify, pause or delete campaigns, change budgets or bids, or write to your CRM. If write features are introduced, they will require your explicit approval of each action, and these terms will be updated first.

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. You are responsible for the security of your credentials and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe it has been accessed by someone else.

When you connect Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console, LinkedIn Ads or HubSpot, you confirm that you own the accounts you select, or are authorized by their owner to grant access to them. If you connect a client's account, you confirm you have their permission.

Your use of each connected platform remains governed by that platform's own terms. Vibe Growth is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Meta, Google, LinkedIn or HubSpot.

You agree not to:

• connect accounts you do not own and are not authorized to access;
• attempt to reach another workspace's data, or probe, scan or circumvent the access controls;
• resell or redistribute raw platform data obtained through the service in breach of the source platform's terms;
• use the service to build a competing dataset, or place automated load on it beyond ordinary use.

A token you create grants whatever AI client holds it read access to your workspace. Treat it as a credential: do not paste it somewhere public, and revoke it in the app if it is exposed. You are responsible for what the clients you connect do with the data they read.

Vibe Growth is provided as-is and is under active development. Availability is not guaranteed, and features may change.

Figures shown are derived from data returned by third-party platforms. Those platforms restate figures, apply their own attribution, and can be unavailable or rate-limited. Vibe Growth reports data freshness and attribution confidence alongside results, but does not warrant that any figure is accurate or complete. Do not rely on it as the sole basis for a spending decision.

The service is currently provided free of charge. If paid plans are introduced, you will be told the price and terms before any charge, and continuing to use a paid feature will be your choice.

You retain all rights in the data read from your connected accounts. We claim no ownership of it, and process it only to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy and AI policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vibe Growth is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost revenue, or losses arising from decisions made on the basis of figures shown in the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time — see data deletion. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms or places the service or a connected platform at risk, and will say why where we can.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

Material changes are reflected in the date at the top of this page and notified by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that constitutes acceptance.
